Which channel letter bending machine fits your shop?

Start with the letters you make, not just the model name. Compare the return material, edge construction, required operations, and finished-letter samples before choosing a channel bender.

EX series: trimless and profile work

Explore the EX range for trimless / edgeless letters, halo-lit returns, and aluminum-profile applications. Model capabilities differ: check the material, width, thickness, and slotting requirements against each machine’s specification.

What to include in your machine inquiry

  1. Material and profile. Send the material grade, coil or extrusion profile, return height, and thickness. A sample or drawing helps us check compatibility.
  2. Finished letter style. Tell us whether you make trimless, trim cap, front-lit, side-lit, or halo-lit letters, including the smallest bends and details you need.
  3. Production and workflow. Describe your typical jobs, daily output target, and current manual steps. Bending is one part of the process; cutting, assembly, and finishing also affect capacity.
  4. Installation location. Share your delivery city in Canada or the USA, available floor space, electrical supply, and operator-training needs. Confirm model-specific installation requirements before ordering.

How much does a channel letter bender cost?

Request a quote for the configuration you need. Ask for equipment, freight, installation, training, optional tooling, and applicable taxes to be itemized so you can compare the complete setup—not just a headline machine price.
